I originally wrote these lyrics in 2014. This was the first song I produced after my separation/divorce in August 2017. It has taken me five years to publish these painfully brief words about my relationship with her, probably the most painful years of my life. For a long time I didn't think it counted as abuse, I mean, she hadn't hit me for the first couple years. Then, I didn't think I deserved any better.

Now, here we are.
